Just got back from the Classical Italy Tour and it was pretty good. The hotels were decent and in good spots. Our tour guide was really helpful and knew a lot about the places we went. Everything ran smoothly, no big hitches or anything. The group was a nice size too, not too big. I had a fun time seeing all the sights.

I booked the Douro Porto and Salamanca River Cruise and overall, it was a very pleasant experience. The itinerary was well-planned, and the included excursions were interesting. The cabins were comfortable, though a bit smaller than I anticipated. Customer service was responsive when I had a question about my booking before departure. The only real downside was the Wi-Fi on board, which was spotty at best. For the price, I expected a more reliable connection, especially for a European cruise. Still, I'd consider them again for another trip.
